My Selection- My Heart Leaps Up
By William Wordsworth
(It depicts all aspects of life just like Rainbow

‘My heart leaps up’, is the shortest poem by Wordsworth, but perhaps the greatest poem in its theme. I love the simplicity of this poem, and I believe Wordsworth wanted to advocate that poetry becomes beautiful when it is written in the language of common people. Reference to ‘The Rainbow’ fills our heart with the joy of childhood. The divinity of nature is beautifully symbolized by a rainbow. Poet’s sense of wonder and enthusiasm motivated me to share this beautiful poem with you all. In fact, he relates life with the nature and without this relation we spend dead life. This is how he narrates:
“So be it when I shall grow old,
 Or let me die!”
Enjoy this poem:

“My Heart Leaps Up
My heart leaps up when I behold
A rainbow in the sky

So was it when my life began;
So is it now I am a man;
So be it when I grow old,
Or let me die!
The Child is father of the Man;
And I could wish my days to be
Bound each to each by natural piety
